
2025 BOX LACROSSE LEAGUE
Box Lacrosse is a fast-paced way to develop stick skills and game IQ while having a TON of fun! Playing in tight spaces with smaller goals and a 30-sec shot clock demands precision and quick decisions. This fast-paced 5 v 5 setting provides each player with more reps, constant feedback, and countless ways to improve.
This is your chance to join OCLC and play an exciting format!
Practices:
HIgh School T/TH 4-5 PM
Youth T/TH 5-6 PM
August 19th-October 18th
at RSM Central Park Arena
Games High School-Saturdays, Youth-Sundays
Starting September 6th (SCBLL in San Juan Cap. and/or 241 Box League RSM)
Some players will be invited to play for our Partner ClubTeam 241 in addtion to OCLC

K-8 SUMMER LACROSSE SKILLS CAMP
BEGINNERS WELCOME
JOIN FOR 2ND HALF!
This camp is designed for players for players of all skill levels. We will focus on stickwork, shooting, dodging and defensieve footwork. Towards the end of Summer we will incorporate positional play and game situations. Players will be grouped by age and skill. Players need complete equipment for this camp. US Lacrosse membership required.
Goals will be to improve skills and Lacrosse decision-making. Prepare and gauge readiness for future Lacrosse opportunities. Prepare for Winter and Spring Lacrosse seasons with OCLC and/or Team 241.
K-8 Program Details
June 9th through July 31st (Break for week of July 4th)
5-6:15 M,W for rising K-4th and T,TH 5-6:15 rising 5th-8th.
Location: Various fields at or near Trabuco Hills High School

FREE BEGINNER CLINIC
Any time is a great time to pick up a stick. Dont pay to learn the game. These clinic sessions are for beginning and intermediate players entering grades KG to 8th. We will teach mechanics and game principles. Emphasis will be on stick work and footwork. These sessions can be run with stick and cleats but complete gear is preferred. Skills taught footwork, scooping, cradling, passing, rules, catching, dodging, and shooting. Players will be grouped by age and athletic skill.

GOAL: Learn and enjoy the game. Build Friendships. Organize youth teams at all levels to compete and play in Spring and Winter Seasons.
